Essex Racial Equality Unit has been established in response to the growing need for meaningful intervention in combating racial exclusion. 

As Essex’s diverse communities continue to grow, the demand for education, advocacy, and direct support has never been greater.

At the EREU, we are committed to promoting racial equality through education, casework, and community engagement. 

Our programs empower individuals and organisations to challenge discrimination, while our casework provides direct support to those affected by racial injustice. By fostering awareness and taking meaningful action, we strive to build a fair and inclusive society, both in Essex and beyond.
